The Funding bodies for Berkshire Record Office
Berkshire Record Office is funded by the 6 unitary local authorities
in Berkshire: Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Reading Borough Council,
Slough Borough Council, West Berkshire Council, the Royal Borough of
Windsor and Maidenhead, and Wokingham Unitary. The Office is managed
by Reading Borough Council on behalf of the other authorities.
West Berkshire Council is the authority responsible for the archive
collections.
