Standing Conference on Archives is the scrutiny committee and consultation forum for the provision of Berkshire’s joint archives service and management of the Royal Berkshire Archives building. It consists of one elected member representative and one officer representative from each of the six Berkshire councils, together with representatives from archive users and who reflect the service’s statutory responsibilities.
