National Resources

We have a number of traditional family history sources onsite to help you with your research.

We hold a fiche copy of the birth, marriage and deaths index for England and Wales 1837-2004, which you can access for free.

We also hold a copy of the probate index for England and Wales 1858-1943, which again can be accessed for free.

We have also purchased copies of census returns for Berkshire places for each of the returns from 1841-1901.
